Pittsburgh City Tour
Meet in Lobby at 11:45AM and tour will be from 12:00PM - 4:00PM
Today the motor coach will pick you up at the Westin Convention Center Hotel to take you on your site seeing tour of the Golden Triangle area. Here you will see our signature buildings like PPG Place, One Oxford Center, Liberty Center, USX Steel Tower, CNG Tower, the old Alcoa building and find out how they impact our city. You will then be taken over to the Oakland area to visit the Nationailty Rooms on the University of Pittsburgh's campus. Each room was a gift from one of PIttsburgh's ethnic societies and represents the old world culture of the particular nation.
The last stop of the day will be a ride on the Duquesne Incline. At the top of the ride you will see the specatular view of the city of Pittsburgh. After you return down from the top of Mt. Washington the motor coach will bring you back to the Westin Convention Center Hotel.

Your addmission gives you the chance to look at all the general exhibits, see the Henry Buhl Jr. Planetarium & Obervatory, tour on the USS Requin, and to watch an Omnimax movie in the theater. Lunch is include which consists of a Turkey Hoagie (roasted tureky breast, swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato), potato chips, canned soda pop or bottled water, and cookie. The next site you will see is just a short walk across campus to the Heinz Memorial Chapel. This structure is intended to inspire and celebrate human achievement. If the weather is nice you will walk the short distance over to The Carnegie Museum, otherwise the bus will take you there. The museum houses four cultural centers under one roof - there is plenty to see! After your visit there the motor coach will take you back to the Westin Convention Center Hotel.
